  • What is an expandable home?

    An expandable home is a prefabricated modular dwelling built with a steel frame and 75mm EPS panels. It's delivered compact and expands on-site into a full-width living space within minutes.

  • How big are the homes when expanded?

    Homes are available in 20ft, 30ft and 40ft lengths, expanding to approximately 21ft wide. Internal heights start from 2.25m or 2.43m, with custom heights also available.

  • Are the homes built to Australian standards?

    Yes. All of our expandable container homes are built to comply with Australian building standards and regulations. We use high-quality materials and structural components to ensure safety, durability and comfort in all conditions.

  • How long does installation take?

    Homes arrive 90% complete. Expansion takes around 20 minutes, with a further 2–3 hours to install the internal fittings. Full installation instructions are supplied. Internal plumbing and electricals are pre-installed, ready to be connected to site utilities.

  • Do you deliver Australia-wide?

    Yes. Prices shown are ex OTTOP Ade, Bne, Mel, Per, Syd depots. To-door and other locations are also available — require postcode to confirm delivery price.

  • How long does delivery take once my order is confirmed?

    Delivery is approximately 10–12 weeks from order confirmation.

  • Can I customise the layout and finishes?

    Yes. Layout, exterior cladding, flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes can all be customised. Our online Quote Calculator walks you through every option with live pricing.

  • What's included in the base price?

    The base price includes the complete home structure, bathroom, kitchen, insulation, flooring, plumbing, electricals, lighting, cladding, windows and doors. Optional upgrades are available through our Quote Calculator.

  • What are the payment terms?

    A 60% deposit confirms your order and starts production. The remaining 40% balance is payable prior to shipping, after you have reviewed and approved the supplied photos and videos of your completed order.

  • Do you offer finance for expandable homes?

    Yes. We can refer you to a third-party finance provider that offers finance options for expandable homes, subject to approval.
