Enhance the appearance, weather protection and overall finish of your OTTOP Expandable Home with our Pitch Roof Upgrade. Designed to give the home a more traditional residential profile, the pitched roof creates a cleaner architectural finish while providing an additional protective roof structure above the expandable unit.

The roof is constructed using a galvanised and painted steel support frame with heavy-duty C80 × 40 × 20 × 3.0 mm steel purlins. The pitched section has an approximate 0.6 m rise, providing additional roof clearance and improved water run-off.

Customers can select from asphalt shingle roofing for a more traditional residential appearance, or aluminium roofing with EPS insulated panels for a modern, durable and low-maintenance finish.

The roof system incorporates EPS insulation, helping provide an additional thermal barrier above the main expandable home roof while also adding further protection from direct sun and weather exposure.

An optional gutter and drainage system can also be supplied. This is designed to direct rainwater towards the four corners of the roof, allowing suitable downpipes or site drainage to be connected during installation.

The OTTOP Mini Expandable is a compact, transport-efficient building solution designed to reduce freight costs while delivering significantly more usable space once installed.

Available in 20ft and 40ft configurations, the Mini Expandable remains compact during transport for efficient shipping and site logistics. Once deployed, the structure can provide up to 6.9 times its transported internal floor area, making it ideal for accommodation, offices, retail, commercial applications and larger developments.

Built around a heavy-duty galvanised steel structure with insulated wall and roof systems, the Mini Expandable combines durability, flexibility and efficient construction.

Transport Efficiency & Cost Savings

The compact closed configuration helps reduce shipping volume and allows multiple units to be transported more economically, making it suitable for bulk orders and larger projects.

The double-wing design opens out on site to create a substantially larger internal area without the transport footprint of a conventional prefabricated building.

Flexible Applications

Suitable applications include residential and staff accommodation, offices, site facilities, retail shops, cafés, hospitality spaces, holiday accommodation and commercial premises.

Electrical and plumbing components can be supplied to suit Australian requirements, with supporting documentation available for applicable components.

Electrical specifications include SAA-certified wiring, non-migrating electrical cables and a five-point frame grounding system.

Water systems can incorporate WaterMark-certified piping and plumbing components where required.

Final connections and certification should be completed by appropriately licensed Australian trades.
