The 20ft Standard expandable home arrives folded for transport and opens out on site in about 15 to 20 minutes. It is supplied around 90% complete, with the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, wiring and plumbing already fitted.

- Kitchen with sink, tapware, benchtop, cabinets and drawers
- Bathroom with vanity, toilet, mirror and tapware
- PVC flooring, exterior sheet metal cladding and your choice of window and door styles

- Built to relevant Australian standards, free from asbestos, lead and rock wool
